No experience necessary – dragon boating is suitable for all ages and fitness levels!

ABOUT US We are a group of breast cancer survivors, and supporters who enjoy the physical activity and camaraderie that accompanies dragon boat paddling.
Our primary objectives are to promote awareness of breast cancer and the health benefits of keeping physically active after treatment, through the sport of dragon boat paddling.
We train regularly and have opportunities to participate in local, national, and international regattas and events. On the other hand, some members simply enjoy training and having a coffee and chat afterwards.
WHEN Sunday morning training sessions are most suitable for new paddlers. Sessions suitable for new and more experienced paddlers are also scheduled regularly on weekdays.
We allow an extra 30 minutes before and after the 1 hour “on the water” session to warm up/down and help launch/clean boats.
WHERE Adjacent to the Marine Rescue building, Peel St, Toukley. Plenty of parking is available.
WEAR Comfortable clothes suitable for exercising, sunscreen, a hat, and closed in footwear like joggers or aqua shoes.
BRING Water bottle, towel and dry clothes – sometimes we do get wet!
