We have several accredited sweeps and coaches, and we have the benefit of experienced coaches from our sports crew Pendragons, to ensure that we use the correct technique to become fit and healthy for the season’s competition.
Opportunities are always available for everyone to learn to sweep or coach.
We practice and train at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith. This Olympic class venue provides us with showers, toilets and parking. Few clubs have the opportunity to train at a venue of this calibre and the Pendragons Abreast/Pendragons are the envy of others.
We also have a boat at the Nepean River for those times that we can’t get on the water at the Regatta Centre.
