Dragons Abreast Patterson Lakes Pink Lotus is a Dragons Abreast club for South East Melbourne, including the Mornington Peninsula.
Team Pink Lotus is a much needed dragon boat club for breast cancer survivors offering an opportunity to paddle and exercise together; having fun while gaining fitness and making new friends.
Get back on your feet again and feel great! Dragon boating provides many health benefits and Dragons Abreast has over 30 sister clubs in Australia, not to mention Dragons Abreast International too! Enjoy the experience Dragons Abreast has to offer.
Come onboard… never paddled before?… don’t worry about that! Our group advocates participation rather than competition, and welcomes Breast Cancer survivors to join us anytime.
COME & TRY – Patterson Lakes Pink Lotus invite Breast Cancer Survivors and Supporters to come and try dragon boating.
Training Times
Training times: Sundays – arrive 9.00am for a 9.30am start
What to Bring and Wear
Come dressed comfortably for paddling
It is a water sport so you may like to bring a change of clothes and a towel
Footwear with covered toes
A cap/hat
Water Bottle
Sunscreen
