She loved dragon boating from the first time she joined us for a paddle, only 4 and a half months ago. Even though she wasn’t with us in the boat as often as she would have liked, she was with us in spirit and had rainbow-coloured flowers and decorations all over her hospital room and wore her rainbow earrings every day. We have truly lost a very special person from our team but not from our hearts!”
