Roger’s distinguished career began in the Royal Australian Navy, where he rose to the rank of Commander and served as Head of Corporate Development for the Navy’s national logistics organization. In this role, he led initiatives in strategic and business planning, leadership development, and organizational culture transformation.
His extensive consulting experience spans national and global organizations across diverse industries, including media, telecommunications, professional services, financial services, pharmaceuticals, IT infrastructure, food manufacturing, retail banking, logistics, and all levels of government.
